Functioning
The baby picks up the ball and the caps using their thumb and index (fine motor skills) and then throws them through the tube to the bottom drawer (hand-eye coordination). To recover them the baby must release the drawer opening by stretching the tube upwards (cause-effect relationship).
The caps, being conical and empty, can be fitted and used alone or together.
